桉木APMP预浸废水抽出物对铜绿微囊藻抑制效果的研究

STUDY ON THE EXTRACTION FROM EUCALYPTUS APMP IMPREGNATED EFFLUENTS AND ITS INHIBITION EFFECT ON MICROCYSTIS AERUGINOSA

摘要 采用乙酸乙酯和甲基叔丁基醚两种有机溶剂对桉木APMP预浸渍废水进行抽提,提取其中化感物质并应用于抑制铜绿微囊藻的研究。采用GC-MS分析2种化感物质的组分,结果表明:乙酸乙酯抽出物种类为32种,抽提得率为174 mg/L,甲基叔丁基醚抽提物种类为29种,抽提得率为88 mg/L。2种溶剂抽出物主要成分为有机酸,其中乙酸乙酯抽出物中有机酸为55%,甲基叔丁基醚抽出物中有机酸为66%,其余为醇类、酯类、醚类和胺类物质。将乙酸乙酯抽提的化感物质浓度设为50,100 mg/L,对铜绿微囊藻进行抑藻研究,其最高抑藻率分别为21.62%和27.65%,抑藻效果显著。 Two kinds of organic solvents,including ethyl acetate( EAC) and methyl tert butyl ether( MTBE) were employed to extract the allelochemicals from eucalyptus APMP pre-impregnated effluents. And the inhibition effect of the extract on microcystis aeruginosa was studied in this article. The results showed that the yield of EAC extraction was 174 mg/L and there were 32 kinds of organics in the extract. The MTBE extract was composed of 29 kinds of organics and the yield of the extract was 88 mg/L. GC-MS analysis indicated that the main component of the two organic solvent extracts was organic acids and the relative contents of organic acids in EAC extract was 55% and it was 66% in MTBE extract. The other organics of the extract from APMP pre-impregnated effluents were alcohol,esters and amine. The inhibition effect study showed that the inhibition rate of the extract were 21. 62% and 27. 65% on microcystis aeruginosa growth while the dosage of extract were 50,100 mg/L,respectively. The result indicated that the inhibitory effect of the extracts from eucalyptus APMP pre-impregnated effluents was significant on algae control.
