摘要
土壤富里酸(fulvic acid,FA)是土壤腐殖质中分子量最小的重要组分,影响着重金属等环境污染物的迁移转化和生物有效性。FA的提取和分级是研究其分子结构、化学性质及环境行为的前提条件。综述了XAD树脂吸附技术在提取和分级土壤FA中的应用,并对该技术的改进方向提出建议。通过列举实例,简述了FA的环境学意义,论述了FA提取纯化过程的影响因素,对比讨论了单一和复合性质洗脱液在XAD树脂分级富集FA过程中的应用。
Soil fulvic acid( FA) is an important component of soil humus with smallest molecular weight,affecting the transformation and bioavailability of heavy metal and other environmental pollutants. The extraction and fractionation of FA were a prerequisite for exploring molecular structures,chemical properties and environmental behaviors. The application of XAD resin adsorption technique in extraction and fractionation of soil FA was reviewed carefully and the improvement directions of the technique were put forward. By enumerating the literatures,the environmental significances of FA were described concisely,the influencing factors of FA extraction and purification process were introduced briefly,and the applications of single and complex eluents in FA enrichment by XAD resin fractionation were discussed.
