电网调度自动化数据的好坏直接影响电网运行监视和控制,目前还没有比较成熟的系统能够对各厂站、供电局自动化数据进行量化评价。本文提出自动化数据质量分类评价方法和基于测点评分的遥测坏数据识别方法,能快速判断坏数据,并对各个量测、厂站和地区进行打分,对自动化数据质量进行量化评价。本文的研究内容有助于改善地区电网调度自动化数据质量水平,提升异常数据管理水平。

The quality of power grid dispatching automation data directly affects the operation monitoring and control. There is no more mature system to evaluate data quality of power grid dispatching automation. This paper presents automatic classification of data quality evaluation methods and telemetry bad data identification method based on telemetry scoring, which can help you quickly determine bad data, score each measurement, substation and area, and complete the quantitative evaluation of the quality of power grid dispatching automation data. The research content of this paper will help to improve quality of dispatching automation data and management level of abnormal data in all regions.
