风功率系统建设在云南电网的应用

摘要 风力发电是技术最成熟最具规模化开发和应用的新能源发电方式之一,发展风电是改善能源结构、推动环境保护、保持经济社会可持续发展的重大举措。但是风电出力的随机性、间隙性特点明显,预测难度大,给电力电量平衡带来挑战,是风电全额消纳的难点之一。风电机组单机容量小,台数多,分布分散,运行环境恶劣,是调度运行管理面临的又一难题。云南电力调度控制中心积极研究探索上述难题的解决办法,历时3年时间,建设了风功率监测及调度管理系统,并正式上线运行,实现了风力发电的可视、可测、可管理、可评价,形成了风电发电闭环管理。 Wind power generation is one of the matures renewable energy power generation technology that can be developed and applied in large scale. The development of wind power is vital to improving the energy structure, promoting the protection of environment and maintaining the sustainable development of economy and society. However, the intermittency and randomness of wind power bring great challenges for power forecasting. Along with the large scale integration of wind power, how to balance the electric power supply and demand accurately and adopt wind energy completely are the most difficult problems. In addition, since the amount of wind turbines are enormous, the location of wind farms is disperse and the operating environment is severe, the management and dispatch of wind power tunas to be a problem. Yunnan electric power dispatching and control center has explored and researched the method to solve these problems for three years and has been established an effective and applicable wind power monitoring and dispatching system to realize the visualized, measurable and ratable closed-loop management of wind power.
