摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定27%吡虫啉·咯菌腈·联苯菊酯悬浮种衣剂中有效成分的分析方法。采用Eclipse XDB-C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈+水(pH=3磷酸水溶液)为流动相,使用梯度洗脱程序,同时测定试样中吡虫啉、咯菌腈和联苯菊酯的含量。吡虫啉、咯菌腈和联苯菊酯的标准偏差分别为0.060、0.061和0.056,变异系数分别为0.45%、1.46%和0.55%,平均回收率分别为99.50%、99.33%和99.40%。该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定吡虫啉、咯菌腈和联苯菊酯的含量。
The HPLC method for the determination of active ingredient content in imidacloprid · fludioxonil · bifenthrin 27% FS was established. The simultaneous determination of imidacloprid, fludioxonil and bifenthrin in the samples was conducted with Eclipse XDB-C18 column and UV-absobance detector and the mixture solution of acetonitrile-water (acidified by phosphoric acid to pH=3) as the mobile phase under gradient concentration application. The results showed that the standard deviations of imidacloprid, fludioxonil and bifenthrin were 0.060, 0.061 and 0.056, variation coefficient were 0.45%, 1.46% and 0.55%, and average recovery were 99.50%, 99.33% and 99.40%, respectively. The method has the advantages of simple, convenient, good separating effect, high precision and accuracy, which can be used for the simultaneous determination of imidacloprid, fludioxonil and bifenthrin.
