摘要
目的:观察益艾康胶囊联合止嗽散治疗艾滋病患者咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:在临床工作中收集48例符合诊断标准的艾滋病咳嗽患者,服用益艾康胶囊联合止嗽散加减治疗,7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:咳嗽痊愈31例,好转14例,未愈3例,总有效率为93.75%。结论:益艾康胶囊联合止嗽散治疗艾滋病患者咳嗽有确切的临床疗效,值得推广及运用。
Objective： To observe Yi Aikang capsule combined with cough powder in the treatment of AIDS patients with cough clinical efficacy. Methods： In the clinical work, 48 cases of AIDS cough patients who meet the diagnostic criteria were collected and treated with Yi Aikang capsule combined with Zhike powder, 7 days for 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment. Results： Cough cured in 31 cases, improved in 14 cases, healed in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 93.75%. Conclusion： Yi Aikang capsule combined with Zhike powder treatment of AIDS patients with cough has the exact clinical efficacy, it is worth promoting and use.
