Study on the Cause of Peripheral iv in Patients with Unplanned Extubation

目的:研究脑病中心外周留置针非计划性拔管的原因及分析对策。方法:选择符合标准的114例穿刺留置针患者,其中发生非计划性拔管76例,非计划性拔管率67%,回顾性分析研究发生留置针非计划性拔管的原因及对策。结果:留置针非计划性拔管的主要原因有:患者穿刺肢体出现静脉炎、患者因活动不当导致导管脱出、患者因意识不清拔管,护士宣教不到位、穿刺后护理缺陷、护士对护理风险事件的发生缺少预见性等。结论:临床上应对穿刺留置针患者加强护理健康教育,采取及时有效的护理措施,加强对高危留置患者进行导管风险评估,合理利用护理资源,提高护理质量,减少非计划性拔管的发生。

Objective To study on non plan cupping reason gastric intubation. Methods Convenient selection the diagnosis and treatment of January 2016 to June 2016 during the reception of the Department of neurosurgery in Encephalopathy center 114 cases of patients with Peripheral iv,retrospective analysis of unplanned nasogastric tube pull out the reason. This group of 114 cases of Peripheral iv in unplanned extubation rate was 67%（ 76/114）,Results The main causes include non Peripheral iv in patients with unplanned extubation： the phlebitis happend.with inadvertent extubation to gastric tube prolapse,with treatment and extubation,health education is not in place. Conclusion The clinical response to Peripheral iv of patients and their families to strengthen health education,reduce patient discomfort,improve compliance of family members,to avoid the occurrence of unplanned extubation in patients with catheterization,ensure safety,to help patients recover assoon as possible.
