中医药干预COPD大鼠模型实验研究进展

The Experimental Research of the COPD Rat Model Interfered with Traditional Chinese Medicine

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)在全世界范围内已经成为一种威胁公众健康的主要慢性病。据报道,其死亡率位居世界第三位,而由于受到COPD危险因素的长期影响以及人口老龄化,本病的发病率也一直居高不下。近年来关于本病的研究繁多,尤其是中医中药对于慢阻肺的治疗取得了良好的疗效,为了解释中医药对于本病的治疗机制,广大中医工作者做了大量实验研究,笔者通过查阅近两年文献,就中医药干预COPD大鼠模型的实验研究作一综述。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） has become a major chronic disease that is a threat to public health around the world. It is reported that its mortality rate ranks third in the world, and due to the long-term effects of COPD risk factors and population aging, the incidence of the disease has also been high. In recent years,many studies on this disease, especially traditional Chinese medicine for COPD have achieved good results. In order to explain the therapeutic mechanism of Chinese medicine for this disease, a large number of Chinese medicine workers have done a lot of experimental research. The author reviewed the experimental research of TCM intervention on COPD rat model by referring to the recent two years＇ literature.
