摘要
全球能源互联网2020/2030/2050场景下,需构建跨区域跨行业的能源交易平台以消纳高比例可再生能源。文章总结了现有跨区域电力交易和天然气交易、跨行业的电-气交易、需求侧端对端能源交易的关键问题,提出了跨区域跨行业能源交易平台的总体架构、主要功能,以及在园区、智慧城市、区域、国家、跨国跨洲的分层部署方式。
In the scenarios of global energy interconnection 2020/2030/2050, a trans-regional and trans-industrial energy trading platform needs to be established in order to accommodate high penetration of renewable energy. The key issues related to existing trans-regional electricity trading and gas trading, trans-industrial gas-electricity trading and peer-to-peer trading at demand side were summarized, and an architecture of trans-regional and trans-industrial energy trading platform was proposed as well as its main functions and layered deployment at campus level, smart city level, regional level, national level and transnational and transcontinental level respectively.
