政治文化是一个政党的灵魂。中国共产党党内政治文化以马克思主义为指导,具有鲜明的社会主义政治文化特征,是对中华传统文化思想的传承、批判与转化。党内政治文化凸显了文化的政治性,对一个政党凝聚党内共识、培育政治精英、引领社会发展具有重要的功能。新形势下我们党强调党内政治文化建设,目的在于推动广大党员在党的建设这一伟大工程中的自信自觉、凝聚中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦合力、有效解决当前党内政治生活和政治生态突出问题。进一步优化党内政治文化,需坚持马克思主义内核价值、净化党内外政治文化环境、强化党内政治自信自觉、发挥党员领导干部及其党组织的主体作用。

Political culture is the soul of a political party. The CCP＇s political culture, guided by the Marx doctrine, has distinctive characteristics of socialist political culture. It is the inheritance, criticism and transformation of the Chinese traditional culture. The party political culture highlights the political nature of the culture, and plays an important role in the cohesion of the party consensus, the cultivation of political elites and the development of the society. The construction of political culture of CCP＇s stressed that under the new period,because of promoting the confidence and building in consciousness of the majority of Party members in the great project of CCP, unite the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream together, solve the problem of the party＇s political life and political ecological problems. To further optimize the party political culture, The CCP has adhere to the Marx doctrine of core value, purify the party political and cultural environment from inside to outside, strengthen Inner-Party Political self-confidence consciousness, and play the key role of leading cadres of the party and Party organization.
