在这个正经历大发展和大变革的复合世界中,地区冲突、难民潮危机、气候变化、暴恐袭击等问题蔓延全球,这对全球治理提出了严峻的挑战。本文通过二元逻辑的分析方法,阐释这些问题背后存在的悖论,并结合现实提出应对的建议。未来国际秩序的维护,需要国际组织的改革和地区集团的建构性作为;大国间需要相互合作,其中的关键是,新兴大国的理念和战略的倡导和适用,这是对既定的国际机制的必要补充,以此形成合力并最终实现全球共同治理。

In the complex world which is undergoing great development and great changes, regional conflicts, refugee boom crisis, climate change and violent terrorist attacks spread all over the world, which poses a severe challenge to global governance. Through the analysis method of duality logic, this paper expounds the paradoxes behind these problems, and puts forward some suggestions to deal with them. The need to maintain the future international order, constructive reform and regional international organizations as a group, and mutual cooperation between countries and lead the global governance, which is the key, and advocate the idea and strategy for emerging powers to China led, this is a nec- essary supplement to the international mechanism established, and ultimately the formation of together to achieve global governance.
