SPOC学习共同体构建探析——以大学英语SPOC翻转课堂教学实践为例

A Tentative Analysis of Construction of SPOC Learning Community

SPOC(Small Private Online Courses)是学生获取课程知识的新生态媒介,是实施线上线下相结合翻转课堂教学的重要支撑内容。SPOC论坛是学生在线学习资源共享、信息交流、经验分享的异步学习场所,在SPOC课程中起着关键作用。本文以大学英语SPOC翻转课堂教学实践为例,分析SPOC论坛的运行模式,探索SPOC学习共同体构建。结果表明,SPOC学习共同体积极促进学生意义协商、知识构建及身份形成,具有支撑知识迁移、提高自我效能感、培养高阶思维、发展自主学习能力四大特色。

As an indispensible part of the flipped classroom, SPOC （Small Private Online Courses） is a new mode of knowledge imparting. SPOC Forum provides students with an asynchronous platform for interactions and communications. This paper attempts to explore the construction of Learning Community in the SPOC Forum and exemplifies its effectiveness in the case of College English flipped classroom. The results indicate that students are actively engaged in meaning negotiation, knowledge construction and identity recognition in the learning community, so that their language competence, self-efficacy, critical thinking and independent learning are well-developed.
