普济消毒饮加减方治疗单纯疱疹性睑皮炎疗效观察

目的:观察普济消毒饮对单纯疱疹性睑皮炎的临床疗效。方法:86例眼科门诊患者随机分为两组,观察组口服普济消毒饮加减方,外用α-2b干扰素滴眼液,对照组外用α-2b干扰素滴眼液,疗程6天。结果:观察组总有效率为93.02%,对照组总有效率为72.09%(P<0.05);观察组在起效时间、开始结痂及结痂脱落时间等方面均提前于对照组;结论:普济消毒饮对单纯疱疹性睑皮炎临床疗效确切,同时外用α-2b干扰素滴眼液,能明显缩短病程,提高临床疗效。
