护理管理在口腔科控制医院感染中的作用研究

Study on the Role of Nursing Management in the Control of Nosocomial Infection in Stomatological Department

目的:对护理管理在口腔科控制医院感染中的作用进行分析和研究。方法:对某院口腔科采取的规范化护理管理控制措施进行介绍,回顾医院感染的控制效果。结果:各项消毒隔离工作指标均满足卫生部提出的医院感染管理质量标准要求,口腔科医院感染管理与控制工作走上了科学化、规范化、程序化的轨道,医院感染的发生率为4.5%,远低于卫生部9.7%的要求。结论:护理管理在口腔科控制医院感染的过程中具有积极作用,值得进行进一步的推广与应用。

Objective： To analyze and study the role of nursing management in controlling nosocomial infection in stomatology department. Methods： The standardized nursing management and control measures taken in the Department of Stomatology were introduced, and the control effect of nosocomial infection was reviewed. Results： All disinfection and isolation work indexes met the requirements of the hospital infection management quality standard proposed by the Ministry of Health. The infection management and control work in the hospital of stomatology took on a scientific, standardized and procedural track. The incidence of nosocomial infection was 4.5%, Much lower than the Ministry of Health 9.7% requirements. Conclusion： Nursing management plays an active role in the control ofnosocomial infection in dentistry. It is worthy to be further popularized and applied.
