全球视域下成人教育参与、供给及对策研究

Research on the Participation,Provision and Measures of Adult Education in the Global Perspective

成人教育参与是人的一项基本权利,教育供给水平是成人教育参与水平的重要标志。通过对《第二份成人学习与教育全球报告》的分析,主要对以下五个方面进行了探究:全球成人教育参与的调查方式、欧洲国家成人教育的参与水平、成人教育的供给主体和方式、成人教育参与的影响因素和提高成人教育参与的对策。以上研究有利于了解全球成人教育参与、供给的状况,有利于借鉴国际经验提高我国成人教育参与的水平。

Adult education participation is a basic right of people, and it is an important benchmark to improve the level of adult education participation. Through the analysis of the ＂Second Global Report on Adult Learning and Education＂, this research mainly fo- cuses on the following five aspects： the style of the survey of adult education in the world, the level of aduh education participation in European countries, the main providers and modes of adult education, the factors of adult education participation and the countermeas- ures of improving adult education participation. The above findings are helpful to understand the situation of adult education participa- tion and supply in the world. It is helpful to draw lessons from the international experience to improve the level of adult education in China.
