社区教育师资队伍建设现状调查与实践探索——以温州为例 被引量:11

摘要 调查发现,温州社区教育师资队伍基本情况:人员结构以兼职人员和志愿者为主,师资来源以中小学转岗教师为主,学历层次以本科为主,职称类别以中级职务为主。近几年,温州社区教育师资队伍建设形成以制度管理促规范化发展、以学习培训促专业化发展、以队伍建设促师资体系构建、以特色培育促区域品牌建设。后续发展中,应进一步完善社区教育师资管理机制、师资培养机制。 The survey found that the Wenzhou community education workers significantly, showing the structure of teachers team structure mainly consists of multiple, part-time staff and volunteers, personnel in school transferred teachers, education level to under- graduate and professional category in intermediate positions. In recent years, Wenzhon community education worker troop construction formed by system management to promote the standardized development, learning and training to promote professional development and the teachers' team construction system construction, to cultivate regional characteristics to promote the construction. The community ed- ucation management mechanism, the community education workers, the flow mechanism and the community educators training mecha- nism should be further improved in the subsequent development.
