摘要
面花在民间也称面塑,俗称花馍,是中国民间农家的一种面制品艺术,是逢年过节、婚丧嫁娶、生儿育女、祝寿做生以及祭祀神灵祖先的馈赠礼品和贡品、道具.也就是说,它首先表现的是一种吃品,是人们生活起居所离不开的食物.但是,它又充当了人们礼尚往来的一种润滑剂,一种祷告神灵时的一种媚品.在这里,面花已经不只是一种生活意义上的食品,同时又有了文化意蕴.在此着重以陕西区域的地方面花为例进行论说.
The folk dough sculpture, also commonly known as steamed flower, is a kind of folk art prod-ucts made by Chinese rural families. It is presented on such occasions as holidays, weddings, delivering ba-bies, birthdays and the worship of gods or ancestors. Basically it is a kind of food, without which people cannot survive. Also, it acts as a 'lubricant' among people as well as offerings to the gods. In this sense, dough sculpture is no longer a daily food, but has the cultural connotation. This paper only discusses Shaanxi regional dough sculpture.
