摘要
教师专业标准为教师专业发展提供指导与保障,标准研发与应用近年来成为教育部的工作重点。西方国家在体育教师专业标准的理论与实践工作走在了世界前列,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对爱尔兰职前体育教师专业标准进行了分析,旨在为我国体育教师专业标准的制定与实施提供参考。研究表明,爱尔兰职前体育教师专业标准的研制依据包括:国家政策、学术思想、公众话语和域外经验;标准的顶层设计理念体现了权利话语、构造形式和专业地位三大转向;标准包含十个维度,具有指导职前体育教师培养,评价职前体育教师质量、保持大学体育教师教育工作者责任感的功能。基于此,我国应树立从"输入"走向"输出"体育教师培养理念、紧跟国家教育战略推进体育教师专业标准建设、发挥标准对体育教师培养的指导与质量评估作用、基于标准而提升体育教师专业地位。
Teacher professional standards can provide guidance and guarantee to teachers' professional development,and standards development and application have became a center issue in Ministry of Education's work plan in China. Western countries are staying the forefront of the world in terms of theory and practice of the teacher standards,this article analyzed the professional standards for pre-service physical education teachers in Ireland by the methods of literature review and logical analysis,aiming to providing reference for the formulation and implementation of professional standards for China's physical education teachers. Results indicated that the basis of development of professional standards for pre-service physical education teachers in Ireland includes national policy,academic thinking,public discourse and extraterritorial experience. The top-level design concept embodies three major changes of discourse of power,structural form and professional status. The Ireland's standards contain ten dimensions,and can guide the training of pre-service physical education teachers,evaluate the quality of pre-service physical education teachers,and keep the responsibility sense of physical education workers in universities.Based on these,China should establish the physical education teachers training concept from"input"to the"output",follow the national education strategy to promote the construction of professional standards for physical education teachers,play standards' training guidance and quality assessment roles for physical education teachers,and enhance professional status of physical education teachers.
