奥运冠军邹市明职业拳击参赛中的制胜因素运用变化特征研究

Characteristics of Olympic Champion Zou Shiming's Winning Factors in Professional Boxing Competitions

对邹市明在7场职业拳赛中制胜因素运用变化特征进行提炼和总结,为我国拳击运动员提高整体竞技水平,进行针对性训练提供理论参考。运用数据追踪分析、录像观察等方法对奥运会冠军邹市明7场职业拳击比赛所运用的制胜因素指标进行研究。结论:邹市明在面对攻势较弱、防守较差的对手时,单拳进攻明显增多,以前手直拳试探、诱攻,使用2拳、3拳进攻、反击或迎击;在多拳组合进攻、反击奠定胜局后增多单拳、多拳迎击;后撤步、躲闪、格挡防反战术运用逐渐增多,为反击与迎击创造机会;多运用紧逼战术、直攻战术,辅以假动作虚晃、引诱、迷惑对手,在对手进攻后进行多拳防守反击同时单拳、多拳迎击对手。在面对攻势较强、防守较严密、步法灵活、反击快的对手时,邹市明多前直拳试探、引诱,以后直拳、后摆拳反击、迎击;后撤步、躲闪、格挡防反战术运用较少,增加4拳进攻和间接迎击的频次,较多运用边角摆脱和步法调整进攻。根据研究结果,提出了我国拳击教练员和运动员训练的思路和措施。

This study summarized the application characteristics of Zou Shiming＇s winning factors in seven professional boxing competitions,for providing theoretical reference value for Chinese boxers to enhance their overall competitive level and carry out targeted training. The methods of data track analysis and video observation were used. Conclusions： In the face of opponent with weak offensive and poor defensive,Zou Shiming＇s single punch attack increased significantly,he used straight lead to test or lure,and used two punches and three punches to counterattack,attack or fight; after establishing the victory of multi boxing combination attack and counterattack,he used more single punch and multi punches; used move step back,dodge and block defense to create opportunities to counter and fight; used press tactics,direct attack tactics,with fake action to confuse opponents,used multi punches to counter and used single or multi punches to attack. In the face of opponent with strong offensive,strict defense,flexible footwork and quick counterattack,Zou Shiming used straight fist to lure,and used straight punch and swing boxing to counterattack; used less step back,dodge and block defense,more four-punch attack and indirect attack,more corner relief and footwork to adjust attack. Based on the results,study put forward the ideas and measures of training for Chinese coaches and boxers.
