GP-IP带教模式在全科医师规范化培训中的应用探讨

Application of GP-IP teaching model in general practice residency training

全科医疗的独特理念、特点和工作内容，使得全科医师培训更需侧重于门诊教学。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院全科基地创建的GP—IP（general practitioner inquiry—preceptor）全科带教模式是指以能力为导向，基于全科医师需求的导师门诊带教模式，其内容包括全科未分化疾病（medically unexplained physical symptoms，MUPS）诊治包、全科Pendleton与RICE问诊模式带教、全科应诊录像带教、全科以问题为导向的教学（problem based learning，PBL）4个模块。

The unique concept, characteristics and service contents of general practice make its residency training to focus on outpatient teaching. General Practitioner Inquiry-Preceptor （GP-IP） is an outpatient teaching mode developed in the general practice residency training base of our hospital. The GP-IP teaching mode includes four modules： diagnosis and treatment package for medically unexplained physical symptoms, Pendleton and RICE inquiry model, video teaching and problem based learning.
