摘要
全科医疗的独特理念、特点和工作内容,使得全科医师培训更需侧重于门诊教学。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院全科基地创建的GP—IP(general practitioner inquiry—preceptor)全科带教模式是指以能力为导向,基于全科医师需求的导师门诊带教模式,其内容包括全科未分化疾病(medically unexplained physical symptoms,MUPS)诊治包、全科Pendleton与RICE问诊模式带教、全科应诊录像带教、全科以问题为导向的教学(problem based learning,PBL)4个模块。
The unique concept, characteristics and service contents of general practice make its residency training to focus on outpatient teaching. General Practitioner Inquiry-Preceptor (GP-IP) is an outpatient teaching mode developed in the general practice residency training base of our hospital. The GP-IP teaching mode includes four modules: diagnosis and treatment package for medically unexplained physical symptoms, Pendleton and RICE inquiry model, video teaching and problem based learning.
