风城超稠油掺稀释剂管输及其对预处理工艺的影响

摘要 通过选择稀释剂种类并根据装置设计要求,确定了风城超稠油中掺入不低于17%的加氢焦化柴油的工艺,通过掺管输和预处理工业化运行表明:掺稀释剂管输省去了汽车运输和处理站环节,进入炼油厂罐区的原料处理温度及电脱盐运行温度降低了10℃,罐区沉降时间缩短12~16 h,罐区原油底部水质量分数可控制在1.5%以内;电脱盐电流由原来的频繁大幅度波动进入平稳状态且下降20 A左右,电脱盐脱前原油水质量分数由原来的1.5%以上降至0.9%以内,脱前盐含量随着水含量的下降也明显下降,脱后原油水含量、盐含量达到了装置指标要求(水质量分数不大于0.3%,盐质量浓度不大于3.0 mg/L);以现有的输送量(1.4 Mt/a)初步估算,年节约成本1 901万元,经济效益显著。 Based upon the selection of diluents and the design of process unit,a process is determined to process hydrotreated ultra-heavy oils blended with 17%( minimum) hydrotreated coker diesel. The commercial operation of pipeline transportation and pretreatment show that the diluents pipeline has saved the tank car transportation and pretreatment. The pretreatment temperature of oils into the refinery tank farm and the operating temperature of electro-static desalter are reduced by 10 ℃,the oil settlement time in the tank farm is shortened by 12 to 16 hours,the water in the tank bottom oil is controlled within 1. 5%; Fluctuation of electric current of electro-static desalter is stabilized and reduced by about 20 A. The water in desalter feed crude oil is lowered to 0. 9% from 1. 5%. Whereas,the water in desalted crude oil also meet the required specifications( less than 0. 3% of water and maximum 3. 0 mg Na Cl/L). Based upon 1. 4 MM TPY of transportation capacity,the annual cost saving is 19. 01 million Yuan( RMB) and economic benefit is significant.
