尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能和血清可溶性粘附分子水平研究

Observation of cellular immunity levels and seral adhesion molecules in patients with condyloma acuminatum

为了解尖锐湿疣(CA)患者的细胞免疫功能和血清可溶性粘附分子水平,采用ELISA方法检测了33例CA患者血清中IL-2及其可溶性受体(sIL-2R)、IL-6、可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和血管细胞粘附分子-1(sVCAM-1)水平。结果发现患者血清中IL-2及IL-6水平明显低于正常对照(P<0.01),sIL-2R、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1明显高于对照(P<0.05),提示CA患者存在细胞免疫缺陷和血清高粘附分子水平。

To investigate the levels of cellular immunity and seral ahesion molecules in patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA),the levels of IL-2,sIL-2R,IL-6,sICAM-1and sVCAM-1were measured in33patients with CA by ELISA.The results showed that seral levels of IL-2and IL-6were significantly lower in patients than in normal controls(P<0.01),and levels of sIL-2R,sICAM-1,sVCAM-1were significantly higher(P<0.05).It suggested that there were cellular immunity deficiency and high seral level of adhesion molecules in CA patients.
