轮胎成型机的智能化控制浅谈

随着近些年新技术的发展,在轮胎制造装备领域,正向着信息化、智能化、自动化的方向快速发展。轮胎成型机作为主要的轮胎制造设备之一,其智能化控制程度决定了轮胎的产品质量、工艺参数、生产效率等多方面指标。本文概述了成型机的智能化控制系统的意义及现状,并简述了本公司在实现轮胎设备智能化控制方面采取的一些方法和措施。

With the development of new technology in recent years, tire manufacturing equipment is developing rapidly in the direction of information, intelligence and automation. As one of the main tire manufacturing equipment, the intelligent control degree of tire building machine determines the product quality, process parameter, production efficiency and so on. This paper summarized the significance and present situation of the intelligent control system of tire building machine, and briefly introduced some methods adopted by the company in realizing the intelligent control.
