儿童梅毒11例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 11 cases of syphilis in children

为探讨我国儿童梅毒的特点,对我院的11例儿童梅毒临床特点进行了分析。结果10例为先天性梅毒,1例为后天获得性梅毒。主要临床表现为皮肤损害10例,骨损害8例,肝脾肿大5例,贫血7例及血小板减少3例。临床分析提示,在我国儿童梅毒发病中先天性梅毒仍是主要的;日常生活中密切接触易感是儿童与成人的不同点;儿童梅毒临床症状具有多样性,对此在临床中应引起重视。

Eleven cases of syphilis from Beijing Children's Hospital were collected for the purpose of studying the clinical features of syphilis in childhood.Ten were congenital syphilis,and one was acquired syphilis.Associated symptoms were as follow:typical skin lesion in10patients(10/11),bone involvement in8patients(8/11),hepatosplenomegaly in5patients(5/11),hypohemia in7patients(7/11),and thrombocytopenia in3patients(3/11).The clinical analysis revealed that con-genital syphilis is the most common type of syphilis in childhood.The risk of an infection of Treponema pallidum in daily life is higher among children than among adults.Furthermore,a variety of organ involvements often seen in children with syphilis warrant attention.
