矿山用一体缓冲胶辊的研制

摘要 介绍了矿山用一体缓冲胶辊的产品设计、模具设计、配方设计、生产工艺和产品性能。根据不同用途胶辊表面设计成波纹型和螺旋型。模具由上模、芯模和下模组成,采用斜面和孔轴定位。主体橡胶选用氯丁橡胶,优选适宜的配合剂,胶料的阻燃性、耐磨性良好。采用模压硫化工艺、一体成型,产品整体性能好、黏合力高,使用寿命长。 This paper described product design, mold design, formulation design, production processes and product performance of cushion rubber roller for mine. The roller surface is designed to corrugated and spiral according to different application. The mould is composed of upper die, core die and lower die, which is positioned by bevel surface and hole axis. The main rubber chooses chloroprene rubber and uses suitable compounding ingredients. The compound has good fire resistance and abrasion performance. Adopting the moulding vulcanization process, the products have the advantages of good overall performance, high viscosity and long service life.
