摘要 当前我国大气污染防治工作有序开展,随着煤电行业烟气超低排放改造逐渐进入收尾阶段,建材等行业的烟气治理已成为下一个重点。我国玻璃熔窑烟气治理工作较煤电行业起步晚、技术发展不成熟。该文通过多年研发与工程实践积累,得出玻璃熔窑烟气污染物深度减排技术方案,并结合工程实际案例进行技术分析,为玻璃行业烟气达标排放,特别是重点地区满足特殊排放限值提供借鉴。 At present,the air pollution prevention and control of China is in an orderly manner.With the transformation of flue gas treatment of coal-fired power industry gradually enterring into the final stage,the flue gas treatment of building materials industry will become the next key point.The flue gas treatment of glass furnace is later than the coal-fired power plants in our country,and the related technology is not mature.Based on the previous research and engineering practice,this paper put forward a technical scheme of deep emission reduction for flue gas pollutants in glass furnace,and provided reference for building materials combining with practical project case,for flue gas up-to-standard emission of glass industry,espceially for key areas meeting special emission limit.
