Study on the Commercial Collaboration Network of High-tech Business Incubator:Comparative Analysis of Multiple Cases

商业协同是科技企业孵化器在升级发展过程中面临的新主题。在文献回顾的基础上结合对科技工作从业人员的访谈,界定了科技企业孵化器商业协同的概念,从宏观协同主体和微观协同要素两个维度阐述了商业协同网络的构建机理,并通过对3家科技企业孵化器进行实地调研和案例对比研究,探讨了不同孵化器的商业协同网络的异同。最后基于案例分析结果提出了科技企业孵化器发展建议。

Commercial collaborative development is a new topic of high tech business incubator upgrading. After combining some interview from science employee on the basic of literature review, in the first place, this paper defines the conception of commercial collaboration network of high tech business incubator. Secondly, it analyses the construction mechanism of the network across two dimensions： its macro collaborative subjects, and its micro collaborative elements. Then we discuss the differences of commercial collaborative networks based on investigating three incubators. And finally, we put forward development proposals aim at High tech business incubator based on the case analysis results.
