摘要
提出一个企业跨组织研发合作、研发人力资本、研发投资对创新绩效影响的综合分析框架,并以湖南100家创新型企业为调查对象进行实证检验。研究表明:企业跨组织研发合作对创新绩效有倒U型影响,说明跨组织研发合作不足或过度都会侵蚀创新绩效;研发专用人力资本和研发通用人力资本对倒U型关系起部分中介作用,因此企业必须提升内部人力资本来吸收和整合外部知识;企业研发投资调节跨组织研发合作与创新绩效的倒U型关系,且进一步调节研发人力资本的中介作用。
This paper proposes a comprehensive analysis framework for cross organizational R&D cooperation, R&D human capital, R&D investment on the innovation performance of enterprises. We carried out an empirical study using data collected from 100 innovative enterprises in Hunan Province. The research results show that cross organizational R&D collaboration has an inverted U effect on innovation performance, which indicates that the lack of Inter Organizational R & D cooperation or excessive will erode innovation performance; R&D human capital and R&D universal human capital play a partial intermediary role in inverted U type relationship, so enterprises must enhance internal human capital to absorb and integrate external knowledge; The R & D investment regulates the inverted U type relationship between Inter Organizational R & D cooperation and innovation performance, and further regulates the intermediary role of R & D human capital.
