牡丹籽油纳米乳凝胶的制备及体外透皮特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以牡丹籽油为油相,聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油为表面活性剂,PEG400为助表面活性剂,采用高速剪切乳匀法制得牡丹籽油纳米乳,以卡波姆为基质制得牡丹油纳米乳凝胶,对其外观性状、粒径分布、稳定性、体外透皮特性进行了考察。结果表明,制备的牡丹油纳米乳凝胶外观均匀细腻,粒径为160.0nm,Zeta电位值为-20.1mV,物理稳定性好,体外透皮实验结果表明纳米乳凝胶能显著增加牡丹籽油的透皮性能,可为其在化妆品领域的应用提供参考。 Prepared nanoemulsion with Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil as oil phase,polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil as surfactant and PEG400 as cosurfactant by high-speed shearing homogenization method.Prepared the nanoemulsion gel with carbopol as substrate,and evaluated its appearance,particle size distribution,stability and in-vitro transdermal properties.The results showed that the nanoemulsion gel had a uniform appearance and good sability.Its particle size was 160.0 nm and the Zeta potential value was-20.1 mV.The transdermal experiment results showed that nanoemulsion gel could significantly increase the transdermal properties of Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil,which could provide reference for its application in the field of cosmetics.
