性病患者阴道念珠菌感染情况分析

Analysis of vaginal candida infection among STD clinic patients

为了解性病患者阴道念珠菌感染情况,对性病门诊初诊女性病人同时进行各种性病检测。念珠菌培养采用沙氏氯霉素培养基。结果369例性病患者念珠菌阳性率47.70%,369例对照组念珠菌阳性率23.30%,两组比较有显著性意义(P<0.01);尖锐湿疣合并念珠菌感染最高74.29%,滴虫病、细菌性阴道病较低,分别为30.76%、25.64%;分离菌种以白念珠菌为主,两组分别为93.75%和95.34%。提示性病患者阴道念珠菌分离阳性率和发病率高于非性病者。

In order to study the vaginal Candida infection in STD clinic patients,all STDs were tested in woman patients with first care-seeking at our STD clinic.Candida pathogens were cultured with Sabouraud's chloromycin medium.The positive rate of Candida spp was47.70%in369cases with STD,and23.30%in369case of normal controls.Compaired with control group,the positive rate in STD patients showed significant difference(P<0.01).Positive rate was74.29%in those patients with candyloma acuminatum,30.76%in those with trichomoniasis and25.64%in those with bacterial vaginosis.The C.albi -cans was frequently noted in fungi species of two groups(93.75%,95.34%).The positive rate and incidence of vaginal Can-dida in STD clinic patients were higher than that of normal controls.
