Chemical Compositions, Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Application of Taxus Chinensis

目的:综述红豆杉的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用的研究进展。方法:通过查阅文献、医学杂志、书籍等资料,整理国内外红豆杉的化学成分药理作用和活性试验研究的结果。结果:红豆杉中的紫杉醇治疗卵巢癌,乳腺癌,肺癌和头颈部癌等癌症疗效显著,并且红豆杉中的黄酮,多糖等非紫杉烷类成分也具有抗肿瘤,抗氧化,抗炎和抗糖尿病等多方面的药理作用。临床治疗的观察结果表明,紫杉醇的联合治疗比单一治疗疗效好。结论:红豆杉作为世界珍稀的药用植物,其中的多种化学成分都有很高的医学药用价值,值得进行更加深入的研究。

Objective: To summarize the research progress of chemical pharmacological effects and clinical application of Taxus chinensis. Methods: Through literature, medical journals, books and other materials, this topic organized domestic and international research fields of the Taxus chinensis chemical compositions, pharmacological effects and activity test results. Results: Taxol in the Taxus chinensis has the distinct effect for ovarian cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, head-neck carcinoma and so on.In addition to,non-taxoids of the Taxus chinensis in the flavonoids, polyose and so on have many pharmacological effects for anti-cancer、antioxidant、antidiabetic. And clinical observation showed that paclitaxel combination therapy is better than single treatment efficacy. Conclusion:Taxus is one of the most precious and rare medicinal plants in the world including much of chemical composition,it has high medicinal value of medicine.
