摘要
目的:建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所空气中锡及其化合物不确定度的评定方法。方法:分析了标准物质引入的不确定度,样品制备过程引入的不确定度、标准曲线引入的不确定度以及测量重复性引入的不确定度。结果:按数学模型计算空气中锡的浓度为1.54 mg/m^3,扩展不确定度为0.16 mg/m^3,结果表达为(1.54±0.16)mg/m^3。结论:该方法适用于火焰原子吸收法测定工作场所空气中锡及其化合物的不确定度评定。
Objective: An assessment method of uncertainty was established for determination of tin and its compounds in the air of workplace by FAAS. Methods: The main sources of the combined uncertainty were considered, such as standard solution, the sample preparation process, the calibration curve fitting, repetitive measurement. Results: The concentration of the tin in the air of workplace was 1.54 mg/m^3, expanded uncertainty was 0.16 mg/m^3, and the expression of the uncertainty was(1.54±0.16) mg/m^3. Conclusion: This method can be used for evaluation of uncertainty of determination of tin and its compounds in the air of workplace by FAAS.
