摘要
目的:探讨低电压与低浓度碘对比剂对64排CT冠状动脉成像诊断中的影响。方法:将50例2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉检查患者随机分为观察组及对照组;A组采用100 kV、370 mg I/mL、流速4.0 mL/s的对比剂进行干预;B组采用80 kV、270mg I/mL、流速4.0 m L/s的对比剂进行干预;对图像质量进行定性评价及定量评价。结果:主动脉、前降支、旋支及右冠脉各处的CT值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组及B组两组CNR及SNR值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组患者受照ED值及DLP值均明显低于A组,且差异存统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在行64排CT机行冠状动脉成像诊断时采用描管电压80 kV配合使用270 mg I/mL的低浓度对比剂进行干预,可在维持冠脉成像质量的同时y并降低患者受辐射剂量。
Objective:To study the effect of low voltage and low concentration iodine contrast agent on the diagnosis of 64 slice CT coronary angiography.Methods:50 cases from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital underwent 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography were randomly divided into observation group and control group; group A with 100 kV、370 I/mL, Mg interference contrast velocity 4 mL/s; group B with 80 kV、270 I/mL, Mg interference contrast agent flow rate of 4 m L/s; qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of image quality.Results The aorta, anterior descending and circumflex branch and right coronary artery all CT values showed no statistical difference(P>0.05); A group and B group, two groups of CNR and SNR were no significant difference(P>0.05); group B patients by ED and DLP values were significantly lower than A group, and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the 64 row CT for diagnosis of coronary artery imaging with scanning tube voltage of 80 kV with low concentrations of contrast agent using 270 mg I/mL to intervene in the maintenance of coronary artery imaging quality at the same time and reduce the radiation dose of patients.
