应激导致卵巢功能下降发病机制的研究进展

Research progress of ovarian dysfunction induced by stress

应激是导致现代女性卵巢功能下降的重要原因之一。应激反应在下丘脑、垂体和卵巢水平均能够对卵巢配子生成和甾体激素合成功能产生损害。本文从下丘脑、垂体和卵巢3个方面对近几年国内外有关应激导致卵巢功能低下的最新机制研究进行综述,着重介绍应激对卵巢局部产生的影响,并展望卵巢微环境内神经来源分子在应激对卵巢功能调控方面的作用。

Stress has become one of the most important causes of female reproductive dysfunction in modern society.Stress can cause adverse influence on hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis to impair ovarian gamete generation and steroid hormone synthesis.The mechanisms of stress on hypothalamus,pituitary and ovary resulted in ovarian hypofunction are respectively reviewed,and the regulation role of neurotransmitter molecules in ovarian microenvironment in stress-regulating ovarian function is explored.
