危化品行业应急人员能力培训模式探讨

Discussion on Training Mode of Emergency Personnel in Hazardous Chemicals Industry

危险化学品行业以其突发性、危险性、不确定性、扩散性和高事故率著称,为了降低突发事故的发生率,减少财产和人员生命损失,我们必须强化危化品行业的应急管理,对应急人员的培训在危化品行业的应急管理中是最重要的部分。本文叙述了应急管理人员能力对整体应急管理能力提升的重要性,对应急管理人员能力培训模式进行了探讨,主要的培训模式有:VR技术--基于虚拟情景的应急培训模式、基于实际情景的模拟应急培训、基于桌面推演的模拟应急培训、基于案例教学法的模拟应急培训等。

The hazardous chemicals industry is known with its burstiness,risk,uncertainty,diffusion and high accident rate.In order to reduce the incidence of accidents,reduce the loss of life and property,we must strengthen the emergency management of hazardous chemicals industry.Emergency personnel training is the most important part in emergency management of dangerous chemicals industry.This paper describes the importance of emergency management personnel ability to enhance the overall ability of emergency management,discusses the training mode of emergency management personnel ability.The main training mode：VR technology which is an emergency training mode based on virtual scene simulation,actual situation-based emergency training,desktop maneuvers-based emergency training simulation,and case teaching method-based emergency training simulation.
