摘要
高职院校的学分银行建设是国家终身教育体系建设的重要组成部分。安徽省高职院校学分银行建设的政策环境较好,但还需要专门的制度支撑,成立专门的管理机构,安徽省应解决这两方面的问题。安徽高职院校可以在此基础上以高校联盟为试点开展学分银行建设。
The Construction of Academic Credit Bank System（CBS） of Higher Vocational Colleges plays a big role in national lifelong education system.The policy environment for credit bank construction of Anhui higher vocational colleges is pretty good,but specialized rules and management institution are indispensable.The government should solve these two problems,on the basis of which higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province can launch the pilot project of CBS among members of some educational alliance.
