摘要
随着利率市场化和金融自由化、经济结构转变以及互联网金融三大趋势逐步推进,农行客户管理工作压力愈发沉重,基层网点客户分层管理面临着人员不足、知识不够和管理不到位等问题。论文通过对这些问题进行分析,从优化岗位配置、加强知识培训、完善系统功能和创新产品服务管理方面提出策略选择。
With the marketization of interest rates and financial liberalization,economic restructuring and the gradual progress of the three major trends in Internet finance.Agricultural Bank of China customer management pressure is more and more heavy.Layered management of grassroots outlets facing staff shortage,lack of knowledge and management is not in place and other issues.Through the analysis of these issues,the paper puts forward the strategy choices from optimizing the position allocation,strengthening the knowledge training,improving the system functions and innovating the service management of products.
