摘要
工作职责、社会竞争、信息技术等方面的变化都会给人们带来不同的困惑,并会走入不同的思想误区,这会在不程度上对企业管理造成负面影响。而避免进入这些思想误区,减少对企业的损失,就需要我们加强企业管理中的正向引导,引导员工树立一个良好的心理状态,去适应岗位、适应社会。本文试图从加强引导、增强主动性,创新载体、增强责任心,标杆引领、增强自信心,团结协作、增强使命感等方面对企业管理中的正向引导进行分析、阐述,并提出路径探讨。
Changes in job responsibilities,social competition,information technology and other aspects bring different confusion to people and will go to different ideological errors,which will adversely affect enterprise management to a lesser extent.Avoiding these misunderstandings and reducing the loss to the enterprise requires us to strengthen the positive guidance in the management of the enterprise and guide the staff to establish a good psychological state to adapt to the job and adapt to the society.This article attempts to analyze and elaborate on the positive guidance in business management from the aspects of strengthening the guide,enhancing the initiative,innovating the carrier,enhancing the sense of responsibility,benchmarking,enhancing self-confidence,uniting and cooperate,and enhancing the sense of mission.
