从国家战略视角看中国高校创新创业教育的沿革

On Evolution of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in China under the Perspective of National Strategy

"创新创业教育"是新时期高等教育的重要内涵,好的教育效果将会对人才培养和社会发展释放较大的"红利"。中国高校开展"创新创业教育"大致经历了"配合国家用人制度改革提出‘创业’观念、服务建设创新型国家需要强化‘创新’能力培养、围绕创新驱动发展战略加强‘双创’系统化教育"三个主要阶段,每一次"创新创业教育"的升级都离不开国家战略导向的调整。高校加强"创新创业教育",需要进一步明确战略定位、培育创新精神、完善教学体系、选优配强师资。

＂Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education＂ is an important content of higher education in the new period,which will release a large bonus to talents training and social.＂Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education＂ in colleges and universities of China has experienced three main stages——the national personnel system reform putting forward ＂Entrepreneurship＂ concept,strengthening the ability of ＂Innovation＂ for building an innovation oriented country,developing ＂double＂ system of education with innovation driven development strategy.All in all,＂Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education＂ upgrade is always with national strategic adjustment.In the future,it should focus on the further clear strategic positioning,cultivating the spirit of innovation,and optimizing the teaching system.
