摘要
技术本科作为一种全新的人才培养类型和层次,不是简单的采用高职专业基础上加一年的本科课程(即"3+1"),也不是应用本科的"转型",而是满足当前社会发展需要的技术技能人才本科层次的培养模式,当前国内大量的实践经验表明,应在确定人才培养目标的基础上,构建符合专业技术技能培养的人才培养模式,同时与企业共同实施以突显工学结合的特色高职本科教育,本文拟提出以"导师制"的人才培养模式来实施技术本科专业人才培养,为当前技术本科的实施提供一种思路和建议。
As a new type and level of talent training,technical undergraduate is not a simple one-year undergraduate course(ie,"3 +1") based on higher vocational majors,nor a "transition",it is a undergraduate level training mode to meet the needs of the current social development.At present a large number of domestic practical experience shows that we should establish a talent training model that meets the requirements of professional technical skills training and at the same time carry out joint training with enterprises to highlight the characteristics of work-study combination.This article intends to propose "Tutor system" personnel training mode to implement the cultivation of technical undergraduate talents,which provides a kind of thought and advice for the implementation of the current technical undergraduate.
