基于ABC分类法的气象装备备件分类研究

Research on Classification of Parts and Accessories of Meteorological Equipment Based on ABC Classification

随着气象观测要素的不断增加,气象观测装备的种类也在相应增多,同时为维护各类气象观测装备运行所需的备件种类也愈来愈多。本文通过对贵州省历年来气象装备备件消耗情况进行分析后,计算出贵州省103种地面气象观测装备备件的累计百分比。按照ABC分类法对贵州省地面气象观测装备备件进行了分类管理。ABC分类库存管理模式不仅可以提高贵州省气象装备库存管理的效率,而且对合理拟定各类气象装备备件采购计划提供了一定的参考信息。

With the increasing of meteorological observation elements, the types of meteorological observation equipment are correspondingly increased, and more and more kinds of spare parts are needed to maintain the operation of various meteorological observation equipment. After analyzing the consumption of spare parts of meteorological equipment in Guizhou province over the years, this paper calculates the cumulative percentage of spare parts of 103 kinds of meteorological observation equipment in Guizhou province. In accordance with the ABC classification, the classified management of meteorological observation equipment spare parts in Guizhou province were conducted. ABC classification inventory management model can not only improve the efficiency of meteorological equipment inventory management in Guizhou province, but also provide certain reference information for the procurement plans of reasonable formulation of various types of meteorological equipment spare parts.
