浅析建筑防水工程中常用材料及施工技术

自改革开放以来,我国的经济发展速度之快是有目共睹的,而在经济发展的促进下,建筑行业的发展也展现出愈加旺盛的活力。随着建筑行业的发展,无论是施工材料还是施工技术,都得到了不同程度的进步与创新。防水工程作为建筑工程中的一项重要分项工程,其施工材料及施工技术自然也得到了很大的发展。近年来,我国的建筑防水工程施工材料及施工技术不再单单只从国外引进,而是通过自主研发得到了实质性的提升,甚至已经领先于世界水平。本文主要结合实际,对建筑防水工程中常用材料及施工技术进行了浅要分析,旨在给建筑行业同行们一定的参考。

Since the reform and opening up, the speed of economic development in China has been obvious to all, and the development of the construction industry has shown a more vigorous vitality with the promotion of economic development. With the development of the construction industry, both the construction materials and the construction technology have been improved and innovated. Waterproofing project as an important sub-project in the construction, the construction materials and construction technology has also been a great development. In recent years, China＇s construction waterproofing materials and construction technology is no longer only imported from abroad, the independent research and development has been a substantial upgrade, even ahead of the world level. Combined with the actual situation, this article made an analysis on the construction waterproofing materials and construction techniques commonly used, to provide some reference for the construction industry counterparts.
