摘要
目的:探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)患者血清硫化氢(H2S)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-15(IL-15)的变化,分析H2S与IL-2、IL-15的相关性。方法:选取2014年5月-2017年5月入住我院明确诊断为AP患者84例,其中轻性AP(MAP)患者47例,重症AP(SAP)患者37例,同时选取同时期住院的非AP腹痛患者40例作为对照组;采用全自动生化仪检测相关生化指标,酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清H2S、IL-2、IL-15水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,MAP组与SAP组患者血H2S、白细胞、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、IL-2、IL-15水平均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);与MAP组比较,SAP组患者血H2S、白细胞、hs-CRP、PCT、IL-2、IL-15水平亦均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);Pearson直线相关分析显示:AP患者血清H2S与白细胞、hs-CRP、PCT、IL-2、IL-15均呈明显正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:AP患者血清H2S水平明显升高,其可以促进AP患者炎症反应,与病情严重程度相关。
Objective:To investigate the levels of serum hydrogen sulfide(H2 S),interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-15(IL-15)in patients with acute pancreatitis and analyze the relationships of serum H2 S with serum IL-2 and IL-15 in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:There were 84 patients with acute pancreatitis and 40 patients with abdominal pain(control group)who were admitted to the department of gastroenterology of the first hospital in longhai from May2014 to May 2017 were chosen for the study.The 84 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into the mild acute pancreatitis(MAP,n=47)group and the severe acute pancreatitis(SAP,n=37)group.The related biochemical indices were detected with automatic biochemical analyzer.The levels of serum H2 S,IL-2 and IL-15 were measured by Enzymelinked immunosorbent experiment.Results:Compared with the control group,all the levels of serum H2 S,White blood cells(WBC),High sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procaicltonin(PCT),IL-2 and IL-15 in the MAP group and the SAP group were significantly increased(all P〈0.01);compared with the MAP group,all the levels of serum H2 S,WBC,hs-CRP,PCT,IL-2 and IL-15 in the SAP group were significantly increased(all P〈0.01);Pearson correlation analysis show that serum H2 S levels with the WBC,hs-CRP,PCT,IL-2 and IL-15 were positive correlation in patients with acute pancreatitis(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Conclusion:The levels of H2 S were significantly increased in acute pancreatitis,which promote the inflammation of acute pancreatitis patients.It is related to the severity of the acute pancreatitis.
