Gerontechnological Innovation Research:Review and Prospect

通过回顾适老技术创新的相关文献,系统梳理了适老技术和适老技术创新的概念,归纳了国内外适老技术创新的理论研究和实践活动,发现领先国家及地区在适老技术创新领域的实践领先、研究成果丰富,中国在该领域产品的种类和技术含量有待提高、技术追赶进程有待加速。鉴于中国老年群体的异质性特征,未来研究需要切合实际国情,引入社会创新、朴素式创新、逆向创新等较新的创新管理理论成果,系统研究适老技术创新的实现机理和引导政策,以期为中国适老技术创新理论研究提供有益参考。

Through reviewing the literatures on gerontechnological innovation,this paper hackles the concepts of gerontechnology and gerontechnological innovation,and summarizes the current theoretical researches and practice activities on gerontechnological innovation at home and abroad.It finds that leading countries and regions are not only leading the practice in the field of gerontechnological innovation,but also have abundant theoretical results,and the categories and technical contents of China's products in this field need to be improved,and the innovation catch-up process need to be accelerated.Due to the heterogeneity of China's silver groups,future researches should systematically explore the realization mechanisms and guidance policies of gerontechnological innovation based on China's national conditions.And the results of the latest theoretical innovation research such as social innovation,frugal innovation and reverse innovation should be applied to put forward and suggestions for future researches.
