This paper describes the design principles of chemical process control instruments and emphasizes the rationality of design work related with the installation materials and cost control methods. Focusing on the optimization of design process,reducing the site design changes of the project,and saving the implementation cost of the EPC project,this paper analyzes the examples and puts forward the concrete measures of improvement.
