摘要
对环境监测领域土壤酸碱度的来源、区域差异和国内土壤pH值测定方法研究进展进行了探讨,并对国际和国内外有关土壤酸碱度的测定方法标准进行对比,确定了主要研究内容。结合国内实验室仪器水平、分析试验条件等,对试料制备过程的静置时间、搅拌时间、提取剂等条件优化进行研究实验,为制订环境监测方法标准、土壤详查和土壤污染防治工作提供参考。
The source of soil acidity and alkalinity in environmental monitoring, regional difference and research progress of determination methods of soil pH in China were discussed. The standards for determination of soil acidity and alkalinity at home and abroad were compared and the main research contents were determined. According to the level of laboratory equipment and analysis test conditions in China,the experimental study on the optimization of the condition was carried out,including resting time,mixing time,extractant,etc. It would provide reference for developing environmental monitoring methods standards, soil survey and pollution prevention.
