摘要
考察了非有机胺法合成ZSM-5分子筛(Si O2/Al2O3=25、40、70)的物化特性和催化性能。采用XRD,SEM、NH3-TPD和FT-IR等手段对合成样品的物化特性进行了表征。结果表明:在本实验中,均可以得到较高纯度的ZSM-5分子筛,甚至Si O2/Al2O3为70的分子筛也没有杂晶相;随着硅铝比的增加,合成的ZSM-5分子筛酸量呈下降趋势,且B酸量相对增加。丙烯齐聚反应评价结果显示:随着硅铝比的增加,催化剂的活性随之降低;齐聚反应的主要产物是支链烃,其中三聚物和四聚物占多数。
Oligomerization reaction of propene was investigated over HZSM-5 zeolites of various SiO_2/Al_2O_3 ratios(25,40,70),which was synthesized without using any template agent. The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,NH3-TPD and FT-IR. In all cases,there were no impurity crystal phases in the as-synthesized zeolites,even with a SiO_2/Al_2O_3 ratio up to 70. The number of acid sites decreased almost linearly with the SiO_2/Al_2O_3 ratio of the zeolites and a relatively large number of Lewis acid sites were observed. The reaction of propene oligomerization was carried out over the non-template zeolites to evaluate the catalytic properties involving acidity. The catalytic activity decreased with the increase of SiO_2/Al_2O_3 ratio. The liquid product distribution of propene oligomerization showed that C9 and C12 fractions were the major products.
