摘要
用实验室四氯化硅脱水半碳化桉木屑为原料,以高锰酸钾及未加高锰酸钾进一步活化获得改性活性炭二氧化硅。对铜溶液进行对比吸附实验,用未改性的进行对比实验,用原子吸收分光光度计测定滤液的吸光度,并计算其吸附率。实验结果表明:在振荡频率为110 r/min,振荡时间为20 min的条件下,都表现出较好的吸附效果,有高锰酸钾参与改性,效果更佳。0.2 g左右即能达到90%以上的吸附率。
Using silicon tetrachloride dehydration semi carbonization of eucalyptus sawdust as raw material,further activated by potassium permanganate and without potassium permanganate,modified activated carbon-silicon dioxide was obtained. The adsorption experiments of copper solution were carried out,the absorbance of the filtrate was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and the adsorption rate was calculated by comparing the adsorption experiments with unmodified ones. The experimental results showed that when the oscillation frequency was 110 r/min and the oscillation time was 20 min,it showed good adsorption effect. With potassium permanganate's involvement in the modification,the effect was even better. The adsorption rate can reach over 90% using about 0. 2 g potassium permanganate.
