厚朴中厚朴酚的工业连续提取及纯化方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 利用中压制备色谱优化厚朴中活性成分厚朴酚工业提取及纯化工艺方法。通过单因素考察洗脱液比例、洗脱流速、负载样品量对纯度大于98%厚朴酚的得率的影响。获得最佳厚朴酚纯化工艺为洗脱液为乙酸乙酯与石油醚(体积比1∶1)、洗脱流速30 m L/min、负载样品量50 g,分离得到纯度98%厚朴酚的产率为59.43%。结果表明,该提取纯化工艺可有效提高厚朴酚的纯度和收率,且回收的洗脱液经简单干燥、比重校正后可重复使用,不会造成环境污染。 In order to investigate the extraction and purification technology of magnolol from Magnolia officinalis for industrial production,the impacts of eluting solvent,flowing rate and loading amount were investigated. The results showed that the optimized purification technique of magnolol was as follows: eluting solvent was ethyl acetate-petroleum ether(1∶1,V/V),flowing rate was 30 m L/min and loading amount was 50 g. Under the above conditions,the average yield of 98% magnolol was 59. 43%. The results indicated that the technology could extract and purify magnolol with high yield. The reclaimed eluting solvent can be used repeatedly after first simple drying and specific gravity correction,which will not cause environmental pollution.
