摘要
准确测定贝壳中的含碳量对研究贝类固碳能力有着十分重要的作用。本文建立了一种采用元素分析仪测定贝壳中含碳量的方法,确定了检测的最佳工作条件为:贝壳样品量50~100 mg分别经958~962℃和898~902℃条件下充分燃烧和氧化,O2流量为30 m L·min-1持续50 s后65 m L·min-1持续100 s。燃烧氧化后的样品经还原炉被还原为CO2,吸附、解析转化成C百分含量。方法的相对标准偏差小于10%(n=9),回收率为100.83%~103.62%。
The accurate measure of carbon content in shellfish is significant for carbon sequestration. A simple and rapid method for determination of shellfish carbon content using elemental analyzer was developed. The determination parameters were optimized with sample content of 50 ~ 100 mg,burning and oxidation temperature of 958 ~ 962 ℃ and898 ~ 902 ℃,30 m L·min-1 ofO_2 purge for 50 s and then 65 m L·min-1 ofO_2 purge for 100 s. And during reduction,absorption and transforming,the result was showed by carbon percentage. The average RSD was below 10%(n = 9),the range of recovery was 100. 83% ~ 103. 62%.
